一机系统于去年十月在山东蓬莱召开了“通用、可调整夹具技术经验交流会”。会议对通用、可调整夹具在多品种、中小批量生产中的作用及其技术经济效果作了充分的肯定,并要求大力推广应用,以适应机械工业调整的需要。夹具是保证产品加工质量和提高劳动效率的技术手段。搞好夹具的设计,包括合理选用、制造、使用与管理对企业的生产有很大影响,是当前企业加强工艺管理,提高制造水平的一个重要环节。机电产品以商品形态进入市场,要求生产部门具有满足产品多样化的生产能力,工艺装备的适应性要强。从机械设备的结构要素来看,具有工艺相似性的零、部件是大量存在的。因此推行组合式、可调式夹具,搞好夹具的标准化、系列化、通用化,对于促进生产发展不仅是必要的,而且也是可能的。为了大力推广通用、可调整夹具,我们从会议交流的技术资料中选择一部分编成专栏发表,供读者参考。

Therefore, it is not only necessary but also possible for the implementation of modular and adjustable clamps to do a good job of standardization, serialization and generalization of clamps.
