目的:观察白虎汤加减灌肠对内毒素血症家兔内毒素清除的影响。方法:采用内毒素静脉注射的方法制作内毒素血症动物模型,造模成功后测定内毒素的含量,先测定标准曲线,再计算内毒素值,观察各实验组对内毒素清除的情况。结果:白虎汤对内毒素血症家兔血中的内毒素有强大的清除作用,无论是腹腔注射还是灌肠,都能在退热的同时,有效地降低家兔静脉血中的内毒素含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:白虎汤加减灌肠能够有效地治疗内毒素血症。 Objective: To observe the effects of Baihu decoction on endotoxin elimination in endotoxemia rabbits. Methods: The animal model of endotoxemia was established by intravenous injection of endotoxin, and the content of endotoxin was determined after the model was established successfully. The standard curve was first measured and then the endotoxin value was calculated. Endotoxin clearance was observed in each experimental group. Results: Baihu decoction had a strong effect of removing endotoxin from the blood of rabbits with endotoxemia. Both intraperitoneal injection and enema could effectively reduce the content of endotoxin in rabbits’ venous blood P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Baihu decoction can effectively treat endotoxemia.
