飞机防滑刹车控制器是飞机制动系统的核心系统。设计了一种双余度的新型数字防滑刹车控制器,结合飞机防滑刹车系统的功能要求,提出了以多通道、硬件非相似双余度的刹车控制器设计方案,采用速度差加压力偏调(PBM+PD)控制算法,完成了飞机防滑刹车控制器的软硬件设计及系统调试。试验结果表明,该防滑刹车控制系统工作稳定可靠,结构简单,易于实现,能够满足飞机全电防滑刹车的要求。
Aircraft anti-skid brake control system is the core of the aircraft braking system. A new type of digital non-slip brake controller with double redundancy is designed. Based on the functional requirements of the aircraft anti-skid braking system, a design scheme of brake controller with multi-channel and non-similar hardware redundancy is proposed. The speed difference plus pressure offset (PBM + PD) control algorithm, completed the software and hardware design and system debugging of the aircraft anti-skid brake controller. The test results show that the anti-skid braking control system is stable and reliable, simple in structure and easy to implement, and can meet the requirements of the all-electric anti-skid brakes.
