目的 探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者的基础脑血流速度的无创伤性评价方法及其意义。方法 采用TCD 检测13 例OSAS患者觉醒状态的脑动脉血流速度并与正常对照组比较。结果 病例组大脑中动脉(MCA)、基底动脉(BA)和椎动脉(VA)血流速度较正常对照组明显减慢(P< 0.05)。结论 OSAS患者基础脑血流速度较正常减慢,用TCD 评价其变化具有很好的实用价值。
Objective To investigate the noninvasive evaluation of basal cerebral blood flow velocity in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) and its significance. Methods TCD was used to detect the arousal cerebral blood flow in 13 OSAS patients and compared with the normal control group. Results The blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery (MCA), basilar artery (BA) and vertebral artery (VA) in the case group was significantly slower than that of the normal control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The basal cerebral blood flow velocity in patients with OSAS is slower than normal, and it is of great practical value to evaluate the changes of TCD in patients with OSAS.
