本文介绍CNC系统目前使用的两种基本的位置控制方式:基准脉冲技术和采样数据技术,并分析了一种用于数控轴的无滞后误差调节器的设计,最后介绍我所研制的非圆数控滚齿机十六位微机数控系统位置控制的实现方式及其特点.
This paper introduces two basic position control methods currently used in CNC system: reference pulse technology and sampling data technology, and analyzes the design of a lag-free error adjuster for CNC axes. Finally, we introduce the non-circular CNC Implementation and Features of Position Control of 16 - Bit CNC System for Hobbing Machine.
