东风和东风3型机车风泵在低手柄不打风的惯性故障问题,不少单位都进行过改进,但效果均不明显。我段运用七年多,检修人员常为此交不了车,运行中乘务人员也提心吊胆。因此,我段将该故障作为攻关项目。经过较长时间的摸索和试验认为,低手柄不打风的原因是中变速箱偶合器不精密、油路控制阀不灵活、橡胶圈过紧及橡胶圈不严导致机油温度高而串油造成的。经进一步的研究、摸索认为,上述原因是影响低手柄不打风的一个方面,而风泵背压太大也是一个很重要的原因。造成风泵背压大的原因是,风泵打风到定压(9公斤力/厘米~2)停止打风后、由于排风
