目前,铁路给水管道漏水的主要原因包括给水管材、管件质量低劣,耐压性差,接口漏水,管道老化及施工质量低下等。为减少供水损耗,节约能源消耗,可采取以下措施:(1)供水企业建立专门检漏队伍,配备相应的检漏仪器,培养专业检漏人员。(2)新建管道设计应注意选用耐腐蚀性高,抗压强度大的球墨铸铁管、PE管或其它新型管材,不再使用一般的铸铁管材。(3)注意施工质量。
At present, the main causes of water leakage in railway water supply pipelines include water supply pipes, poor quality fittings, poor pressure resistance, interface leakage, pipeline aging and poor construction quality. In order to reduce the water supply loss and save energy consumption, the following measures can be taken: (1) The water supply enterprise shall set up a special leak detection team, equipped with corresponding leak detection instruments and trained professional leak detectors. (2) The new pipeline design should pay attention to the selection of high corrosion resistance, compressive strength ductile iron pipe, PE pipe or other new pipe, no longer use the general cast iron pipe.
