一、日本的科技成果管理部门及业务分工日本政府从事科技成果管理的部门主要有科学技术厅(科技振兴局)和通产省的特许厅。科学技术厅振兴局负责综合协调管理有关科技成果的推广应用、情报交流及奖励等,特许厅则负责专利管理。有关中小企业的技术开发和成果推广,由通产省中小企业厅制定相应的优惠政策并提供经济资助,地方政府的工商劳动部负责管理,并通过地方工业技术中心和工业试验场实施。
