目的:探讨葛根芩连汤对UC大鼠血清Bcl-2、TGF-β1的影响。方法:根据体重将60只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、对照药组、葛根芩连汤组;采用免疫诱导法(第1、10、17、24d于大鼠双侧足趾、双侧腹股沟及背部皮下注射抗原乳化液)复制UC大鼠模型;第30d观察大鼠结肠黏膜组织损伤程度并评分,ELISA法分析血清Bcl-2、TGF-β1水平变化。结果:UC模型大鼠结肠溃疡形成,可伴有炎症、充血、水肿等病理改变;UC模型大鼠血清Bcl-2、TGF-β1水平显著降低(P<0·05);葛根芩连汤组血清Bcl-2、TGF-β1升高(P<0·05)。结论:UC模型大鼠结肠黏膜损伤,葛根芩连汤可改善其结肠黏膜损伤程度,这可能与血清Bcl-2、TGF-β1水平的变化有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Gegen Qinlian Decoction on serum Bcl-2 and TGF-β1 in UC rats. Methods: Sixty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, control group and Gegen Qinlian Decoction group according to body weight. Bilateral inguinal and dorsal subcutaneous injection of antigen emulsion) UC rat model was copied; the degree of colonic mucosal injury in rats was observed on the 30th day, and the levels of serum Bcl-2 and TGF-β1 were analyzed by ELISA. Results: The colon ulceration in UC rats was associated with pathological changes such as inflammation, congestion and edema. The levels of Bcl-2 and TGF-β1 in UC model rats were significantly decreased (P <0.05) Serum Bcl-2, TGF-β1 increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The colon mucosa injury of UC model rats, and Gegen Qinlian decoction can improve the damage of colonic mucosa, which may be related to the changes of serum Bcl-2 and TGF-β1 levels.
