随着影象学诊断术的进展,脂肪肝的诊断日渐增多。本文总结110例B超诊断的脂肪肝。由于目前形态学检查未普遍开展,尚存在较大困难,尤其在广大基层医院更难以普及。本文提出的临床诊断标准有一定的参考价值。
With the progress of imaging diagnosis, the diagnosis of fatty liver is increasing. This article summarizes 110 cases of B-ultrasound diagnosis of fatty liver. Due to the current morphological examination is not generally carried out, there are still major difficulties, especially in the grassroots hospitals more difficult to popularize. The clinical diagnostic criteria proposed in this paper have some reference value.
