分别破坏了13只大白鼠一侧的耳蜗背侧核、耳蜗腹侧核前部及耳蜗腹侧核后部,用Nauta法追踪了各核在听觉传导路上的投射。耳蜗各核发出的纤维不能直接到达内侧膝状体,但都能到达下丘。因此可以肯定,听觉传导路至少由四级神经原组成。从耳蜗背侧核发出的纤维经背侧听纹主要投射到对侧的下丘及外侧丘系腹侧核。此外,在对侧斜方体背侧核及外侧丘系背侧核内也有少量终止。耳蜗腹侧核前、后两部的投射基本相同,都经斜方体、背侧听纹及中间听纹而投射。在同侧止于上橄榄核簇的外侧半,在对侧止于上橄榄核簇的内侧半、外侧丘系腹侧核、外侧丘系背侧核(少量)及下丘。耳蜗腹侧核前部还有少量至同侧外侧丘系核及下丘者。上橄榄外侧核及斜方体内侧核中可能有局部定位的投射关系。
The dorsal nucleus of the cochlea, the anterior portion of the ventral ventral cochlea and the ventral portion of the cochlea were destroyed respectively in 13 rats. The projections of each nucleus on the auditory pathway were tracked by Nauta method. The fibers from the cochlear nuclei can not reach the medial geniculate directly, but all reach the inferior colliculus. Lateral halves of the upper olive cluster on the same side, on the opposite side terminating in the medial half of the upper olive cluster, the lateral cumulus lateral ventral nucleus, the lateral dorsal lateralization of the medial cortex (a few), and the inferior colliculus. A small amount of ventral frontal cochlea ventral to the lateral mesenchyme and inferior colliculus. Upper olive and the raginal medial nucleus may have local positioning of the projection relationship.
