目的了解湖北省手术室静态空气质量和手术进程中动态空气污染状况。方法采用平板沉降法和仪器采样法,持续监测哨点医院手术室空气中沉降菌和浮游菌,并作出质量评价。结果湖北省4所哨点医院手术室静态空气平均合格率为92.98%,动态空气中平均菌数大多超标。在动态情况下,层流手术室空气含菌量低于普通室,浮游菌低于沉降菌。结论湖北省哨点医院手术室空气静态条件下合格率呈上升趋势,动态条件下平均菌数难以控制到现行标准要求。
Objective To understand the static air quality of operating room in Hubei Province and the status of dynamic air pollution during the operation. Methods Flat sedimentation method and instrumental sampling method were used to continuously monitor the airborne sedimentation bacteria and the airborne bacteria in the sentinel hospital operating room and make the quality evaluation. Results The average passing rate of static air in the operating room of 4 sentinel hospitals in Hubei Province was 92.98%, and the average number of bacteria in the dynamic air exceeded the standard. Under dynamic conditions, the airborne bacteria in the laminar flow operating room was lower than that in the normal room, and the airborne bacteria was lower than the sedimentation bacteria. Conclusion The qualified rate of air in the operating room of sentinel hospital in Hubei Province is on the rise. The average number of bacteria in the dynamic condition is difficult to control to the current standard.
