图1是微调电容器上的一个零件,材料为钢带4J36。原用的冲孔模结构不能保证外圆和小孔的同心度。为此,设计了新结构的模具,见图2。
Figure 1 is a trimmer capacitor part, the material for the strip 4J36. The original punching die structure can not guarantee the concentricity of the outer circle and the small hole. To this end, the new structure of the mold design, shown in Figure 2.
