近年来,职业院校学生顶岗实习局面混乱、实习实训中突发事件故频发的现象引起了各地教育部门乃至中央的高度重视。为了保障职业院校学生的实习安全和合法权益,维护职业院校正常的教育教学秩序,提高职业院校的危机防范能力,最大限度地减少危机的发生、降低危机带来的损害,本文通过职业院校顶岗实习危机防范机制的现存问题分析,建立健全的顶岗实习危机防范机制,推动校企合作的健康发展。
