MRP 与JIT均是企业有效降低库存、加速资金周转、提高生产经营水平的现代化重要手段和工具。MRP 是20世纪80年代在发达国家制造业中发展起来的一种以MRP为核心,覆盖整个企业生产活动环节的计划主导型推动式方法;而JIT则是由日本丰田公司提出的一种追求“三零”目标,以KANBAN为主要库存管理和控制手段,由客户需求牵引的拉动式生产系统。文章在分析MRP 与JIT的内涵、运作机制及特征的基础上,对MRP 与JIT从不同的角度进行了比较,阐述了各自的优势、不足以及二者集成的可行性与可操作性;提出了MRP 与JIT的集成模式,并进一步提出该集成模式是一敏捷系统,不但能对生产运作实现全流程的计划与控制,而且在计算机、网络等资源的支持下,更具有RRS(可重用、可重构、可扩充)特性。
Both MRP and JIT are important modern means and tools for enterprises to effectively reduce inventory, speed up cash flow and improve production and management. MRP was developed in the 1980s in the manufacturing industry in developed countries as a MRP as the core, covering the entire production chain activities of the program-driven approach; and JIT is a Toyota by Japan's pursuit of a “30 ” goal to KANBAN as the main inventory management and control tools, pulled by the customer demand pull production system. Based on the analysis of the connotation, operation mechanism and characteristics of MRP and JIT, the article compares MRP and JIT from different perspectives, expounds their respective advantages and disadvantages as well as the feasibility and feasibility of their integration. MRP and JIT. Furthermore, the integrated model is an agile system that not only can plan and control the whole process of production operation, but also has the advantages of RRS (reusable, Reconstruction, Extensibility) features.
