近年来,商业银行个人理财业务蓬勃发展,但在业务迅速发展过程中,个别商业银行出现产品设计管理机制不健全、客户评估流于形式、风险揭示不到位、信息披露不充分、理财业务人员误导销售和投诉处理机制不完善等问题,引发投资者的质疑和不满。针对上述有关问题,银监会近日发布《关于进一步规范商业银行个人理财业务有关问题的通知》,对个人理财业务的重要风险环节提出了具体规范意见。本文结合案例解析《通知》的具体内容,并对商业银行遵循《通知》应注意的问题做出提示。
