中学历史教师养成机构应该为中学历史基础教育输送优秀人才,但现阶段中学历史教师养成教育仍存在对中学历史教育目标理解过于浅显、培养人才教学实践能力弱等问题。通过促进高校历史教育优化改革,完善实践教学,搭建中学历史教师职前职后一体化平台,实现中学历史教师养成教育的进一步发展。
The institutions of history teachers in middle schools should provide excellent talents for the basic education of history in middle schools. However, there are still some problems such as overly explicit understanding of the objectives of history education in secondary schools, and weak ability of teaching talents cultivation. By promoting the reform and optimization of historical education in colleges and universities, perfecting practice teaching and setting up an integration platform for post-secondary education of history teachers in middle schools, we can achieve the further development of secondary history teachers’ education.
