目的探讨改进显微外科技术,提高犬囊状动脉瘤模型制作成功率的方法。方法运用改进的显微外科技术将30只犬的颈外静脉囊吻合到颈总动脉建立动脉瘤模型。术后7~14d行影像学检查和大体观察证实动脉瘤的形成情况。结果术后动物全部健康成活,建立动脉瘤模型27个,其中侧壁型15个,分叉部6个,末端型6个,制作成功率90%(27/30)。模型可持续存在达68d。结论该改进方法制作的模型较为理想,能模仿出人类动脉瘤的血流动力学、瘤体大小及载瘤动脉管径,且能进行常规导管介入神经外科操作。
Objective To explore ways to improve the microsurgical technique and improve the successful rate of canine cystaortic aneurysm model. Methods An improved aneurysm model was established by anastomosing the external jugular vein of 30 dogs to the common carotid artery with the improved microsurgical technique. 7 to 14 days after imaging and gross observation confirmed the formation of aneurysm. Results All the animals were alive and healthy, and 27 aneurysm models were established, of which 15 were lateral wall, 6 forked and 6 for terminal. The successful rate was 90% (27/30). The model survived for 68 days. Conclusions The improved model is ideal for modeling the hemodynamics of human aneurysms, the size of tumor and the diameter of the parent artery, and can perform routine catheterization of neurosurgical procedures.
