在分析水射流破岩及增透的基础上,研发了WSZ16/45-200型瓦斯抽采孔水力作业机及相应的水射流喷嘴,提出了分段冲孔进入-连续冲洗退出的技术思路,确定了水射流连续冲孔进入步距理论方程。在中马村矿27021回风底抽巷揭煤试验表明,使用瓦斯抽采孔水力作业机进行水力冲孔出煤量是常规水力冲孔的1.3~1.8倍,冲孔完成后,煤层瓦斯含量由13.32 m3/t降至7.69 m3/t,揭煤期间△h2为0~137.2 Pa,S值在1.3~2.4 kg/m,q最大为3.48 L/min,顺利揭开石门。
