蜗壳层处于发电机主厂房的底部,湿、热是环境控制的主要问题。本文利用呼和浩特抽水蓄能地下水电站主厂房蜗壳层1∶20通风模型,在机械送风和压差送风2种送风方式下试验研究了蜗壳层气流组织的分布规律。而后,在发电机层6种送风口组合方案、3种风量条件下,改变蜗壳层4种热源强度,共进行了45组工况的试验研究。最后,对机械送风和压差送风2种送风方式进行了比较,确定机械通风为该层的最佳通风方式。
Volute casing at the bottom of the main power plant, wet, heat is the main problem of environmental control. In this paper, the 1:20 ventilation model of the volute shell of main plant of Hohhot Pumped Storage Power Station was used to study the distribution of gas flow in the volute casing under two kinds of air supply modes: mechanical air supply and differential pressure air supply. Then, four kinds of heat source intensity of volute shell were changed under the combination of six kinds of outlet of the generator layer and three kinds of air volume. A total of 45 groups of working conditions were studied. Finally, comparing the two kinds of air supply ways of mechanical air supply and differential air supply air supply, the mechanical ventilation is the best way to ventilate this layer.
