中职教育历来受到国家政策的重视与引导,是我国职业教育的重要组成部分。美容美发专业作为近年来在中职院校中冉冉升起的新兴专业,以它专业性强、迎合大众心理取向的特点为许多人青睐并选择。为了突破自我、推陈出新,许多中职院校采用了校企合作的方式来为美容美发专业“提鲜”。这种合作模式不但提高了现阶段中职教育的教育质量,也增加了学校及学生与外界企业的接触,提高了学校的声誉也为学生创造了更多的就业机会,是我国政策所鼓励的办学模式。本文结合了杭州市某中职院校美容美发专业的校企合作实例,探讨了中职教育校企合作的主要框架模式,希望为广大中职院校的教育校企合作实践提供经验参考。
Vocational education has always been the national policy emphasis and guidance, is an important part of China’s vocational education. Beauty salon professional as a rising professional in recent years, emerging professional, with its professional and cater to the characteristics of the public psychological orientation for many people favor and choice. In order to break through the self, innovation, many vocational colleges have adopted a school-enterprise cooperation approach to the professional beauty salon. This mode of cooperation not only improves the quality of education in secondary vocational education at the present stage, but also increases the contact between schools and students and enterprises in the outside world, improves the reputation of schools and creates more employment opportunities for students, which is encouraged by our policy School mode. This article combines the example of cooperation between colleges and enterprises of beauty and hairdressing major in a vocational school in Hangzhou and explores the main frame mode of cooperation between school and enterprise in secondary vocational education and hopes to provide experience and reference for the cooperation practice between education and school in the majority of secondary vocational schools.
