牧场四队今春开始种棉花.为了保证棉田密度,五月份对缺苗断垅的地方进行了补种和移栽。当时正是严重的枯水期,又没有移苗器。我们试用小苗不带土移栽.既不需要移苗器,又比较省土省水,同样有较高的成活率。五月十日蹲点教师和四队科学实验小组的同志,共同作了小苗不带土移栽的试验,利用中午休息时间,两个人共移苗一百零几株。成活率达到98%。五月十一日进行全面移栽工作.三个人组成一个小组,(一人挑水浇水;一人挖苗移植,一人挖土复土),—个小组一天可移栽一千五百株左右。一周后调查成活率可达86%。现将棉苗不带土移栽的初步体会,总结如下:
