FC是治疗髓病和根尖周病的常用化学药物,因治疗封药引起全身反应甚为少见。现将我科遇到的一例报告如下: 患者女,46岁,医生。主诉:左上大牙阵发性、自发性剧痛二天。检查:(?)远中邻面深龋,探痛+,冷热刺激痛+,叩诊有轻微疼痛反应。诊断:(?)急性牙髓炎。治疗:局麻下开髓,见冠部牙髓化脓。切除冠髓,以5.25％NaOCl和3％H_2O_2冲洗髓腔,封FC球,胶封。次日复诊,患者自述封药后出现:头晕、恶心、心慌、胸闷、眼胀痛、四肢震颤、出冷汗、检查皮肤、粘膜无异常。取出髓腔内药物。
FC is a common chemical used in the treatment of myelopathy and periapical disease and is rarely seen as a systemic response to sealant therapy. Now we encounter a case report is as follows: Female patient, 46 years old, the doctor. The main complaint: the left upper teeth paroxysmal, spontaneous pain for two days. Check: (?) Far middle adjacent caries, analgesic +, hot and cold pain + percussion slight pain reaction. Diagnosis: (?) Acute pulpitis. Treatment: under local anesthesia open pulp, see the crown pulp pus. The coronal pulp was removed, the medullary cavity was washed with 5.25% NaOCl and 3% H 2 O 2, and the FC ball and the rubber seal were sealed. The next day referral, the patient readme sealed drugs appear: dizziness, nausea, palpitation, chest tightness, eye pain, limb tremor, cold sweat, check the skin, mucosal abnormalities. Remove the intramedullary drug.
