在宽柄芥两叶一心时,分别以4℃低温春化处理30d和500mg/LGA3处理16d后,在人工气候箱中再培养(20℃、16h光照/18℃、8h黑暗).在培养过程中每隔2d分别取材,共取5次,测定芥菜可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量、SOD、POD活性等.结果表明:芥菜在低温春化与GA3处理后,可溶性糖和蛋白质含量均呈先增后减,POD均先减后增,SOD活性变化均无规律.相关性分析表明:两种处理后芥菜POD与可溶性糖均呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.861、0.814;POD与可溶性蛋白均呈负相关,相关系数分别为-0.613、-0.587;可溶性蛋白与可溶性糖均呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.573、0.613;SOD与其他指标间相关性均不显著.
