目的探讨无痛护理在骨科术后康复中的应用效果。方法随机选取2014年6月—2017年5月期间该院收治的130例骨科手术患者的临床资料进行研究,随机将患者分为实验组和对照组,每组65例。给予对照组常规护理实施干预,实验组在对照组护理的基础上采用无痛护理。观察两组患者术后指标变化和护理满意度。结果两组患者疼痛评估、需镇疼药频次、48 h疼痛频次等指标有明显的不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛护理应用于骨折术后康复能有效缓解患者疼痛,促进患者术后康复。
Objective To explore the application of painless nursing in post-orthopedic rehabilitation. Methods The clinical data of 130 orthopedic patients admitted from June 2014 to May 2017 in our hospital were randomly selected. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 65 cases in each group. The routine nursing intervention was given to the control group. The experimental group used painless nursing care based on the control group. The changes of postoperative indexes and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results There was a significant difference in pain assessment, frequency of analgesic pain and pain frequency at 48 h in both groups (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of painless nursing in fractures postoperative rehabilitation can effectively relieve pain and promote postoperative recovery.
