基于中小企业调研、交通运输行业人才需求分析和毕业生信息反馈,以通识教育、CEB理论和专业教育为依据,重构融“行业+企业+事务所+创业孵化基地”四位一体的岗位职业能力递进的人才培养模式。从“三层四体”政策支持体系、“课证赛岗”专业群课程体系、“4+1”能力递进实践教学体系“、”多能型“教师队伍体系、”双向全程“教学管理与质量评价体系等五个方面,研究行业发展对人才的需求,为交通类高职会计专业高技能应用型人才培养模式理论与改革提供借鉴和参考。
