档案是我国发展的重大财富,为我国发展积累经验,对档案的管理有利于我们吸取过去的经验,以更好的发展。随着我国市场经济体制的推行,我国的档案管理理念在不断的变化,为了适应发展的需求,档案工作者必须明确自己的工作责任,转变和创新自己的工作方法以及思维方式等,这样才能够更好的服务于人民,档案工作者涉及到我国公民的许多隐私,关系到我国的安全发展,因此工作者必须要有很强的责任感,正确的政治思想以及判断力,以历史为原貌尊重真实的档案。

With the implementation of the market economy system in our country, the concept of file management in our country is constantly changing. In order to meet the demand of development, archivists must clarify their responsibility of work, change and innovate their working methods and ways of thinking, and so on To better serve the people, archivists involved many privacy concerns of our citizens and the safe development of our country. Therefore, workers must have a strong sense of responsibility, correct political thinking and judgments. They should respect history as the original File.
