汉语走向世界的结果是汉语学习者数量的剧增、课程和方法的多元化及汉语师资的缺乏,培养汉语教师和加强在职汉语教师培训成为国内外汉语教学界的当务之急。一方面,国内大学存在着如何改进现行汉语国际教育硕士课程的问题;另一方面,国外大学存在着如何对中国培养的汉语教师提供持续的教师职业发展,以便使他们适应本国汉语教学环境的问题。本文以介绍和分析澳大利亚汉语教师职业发展为出发点,探讨改进国内汉语教师培养的可行性提案。
As a result, the Chinese language has become more and more popular among Chinese learners both at home and abroad as a result of the dramatic increase in the number of Chinese learners, the diversification of courses and methods, the shortage of Chinese teachers, the training of Chinese teachers and the training of Chinese teachers in service. On the one hand, there is a problem in domestic universities on how to improve the current master’s program of international Chinese education. On the other hand, there are problems in foreign universities that provide Chinese teachers who are trained in China with continuous career development so that they can adapt to their Chinese teaching environment . Based on the introduction and analysis of the career development of Australian teachers in Australia, this paper discusses the feasibility of improving the training of Chinese teachers in China.
