目的了解常州市武进区健康人群麻疹、风疹和流行性腮腺炎抗体水平,评价疫苗接种需求。方法 2013年3月采集0~40岁健康人群500人份血样品,用ELISA方法定量检测麻疹、风疹和流行性腮腺炎Ig G抗体水平。结果麻疹、风疹和流行性腮腺炎抗体阳性率分别为86.00%、71.20%和60.40%;抗体几何平均滴度(GMT)分别为465.58 m IU/m L、32.89 IU/m L和107.06 IU/m L。麻疹、风疹和流行性腮腺炎的抗体阳性率和GMT各年龄组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论武进区健康人群麻疹抗体GMT总体保持在较高水平,风疹、流行性腮腺炎疫苗的抗体水平均较低。麻腮风联合疫苗(MMR)纳入免疫规划既有助于消除麻疹,也有利于控制风疹和流行性腮腺炎。
Objective To understand the levels of measles, rubella and mumps in healthy population in Wujin District, Changzhou City, and evaluate the need of vaccination. Methods In March 2013, 500 blood samples from 0-40-year-old healthy people were collected. The levels of Ig G antibody in measles, rubella and mumps were quantitatively detected by ELISA. Results The positive rates of measles, rubella and mumps were 86.00%, 71.20% and 60.40% respectively. The geometric mean antibody titers (GMTs) were 465.58 m IU / m L, 32.89 IU / m L and 107.06 IU / m respectively L. Measles, rubella and mumps antibody positive rate and GMT age groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The GMT of measles antibody in healthy population in Wujin District is generally maintained at a high level, and the antibody levels of rubella and mumps vaccine are low. The inclusion of the MMR vaccine in immunization programs helps both to eliminate measles and to control rubella and mumps.
