目的:槲树(Quercus dentata Thunb.)为壳斗科(Fagaceae)栎属(Quercus L.)植物,为落叶乔木,别名大叶菠萝。在我国分布有大约100余种,主产中国北部地区,以河南、河北、山东、山西等省山地多见。辽宁、陕西、湖南、四川等省也有分布。某些品种作为民间中草药被广泛应用,并且有着悠久的药用历史,主要用于治疗痢疾、恶疮、淋证等症。槲叶、槲皮、槲实仁均可作为药用。国内科研工作者已将槲树叶开发成治疗泌尿系统结石的新药。实验利用硅胶柱色谱法,从槲树叶中分离1种化合物,β-谷甾醇。方法:采用大孔树脂、硅胶,经理化常数、光谱学方法鉴定结构。结果:分离得到β-谷甾醇。
Objective: Quercus dentata Thunb. Is a Quercus L. plant belonging to the family Fagaceae. It is a deciduous tree, alias large leaf pineapple. About 100 species are distributed in our country, mainly in the northern part of China and more common in the mountainous regions of Henan, Hebei, Shandong and Shanxi. Liaoning, Shaanxi, Hunan, Sichuan and other provinces also have distribution. Some varieties are widely used as folk Chinese herbal medicines and have a long history of medicinal use. They are mainly used for the treatment of dysentery, sore boils, gonorrhea embolism. Mistletoe, quercetin, mistletoe kernels can be used as medicinal. Domestic researchers have developed the leaves of the tree into new drugs for the treatment of urinary tract stones. In the experiment, one compound, β-sitosterol, was isolated from the leaves of a tree by silica gel column chromatography. METHODS: Macroporous resin, silica gel, physicochemical constants and spectroscopic methods were used to identify the structure. Results: β-sitosterol was isolated.
