用低压等离子喷涂 (LPPS)和爆炸喷涂 (DS)方法 ,在镍基单晶高温合金上制备NiCrAlY涂层 .涂层在 10 5 0℃恒温氧化 30 0h ,借助XRD、SEM和EDS ,对涂层表面氧化膜进行分析 ,检测其恒温抗氧化能力 .结果表明两种涂层表面均能形成Al2 O3 保护膜 ,二者的氧化动力学曲线均符合抛物线规律 .DS涂层的微孔内含残留气体 ,涂层内氧化严重 ,氧化增重大 ,氧化速率常数近似LPPS涂层的二倍 .氧化 30 0h后 ,DS涂层表面边角处氧化膜有少量剥落 ,而LPPS涂层保持完好 ,只在个别突起处有微小开裂 .
NiCrAlY coatings were prepared by low pressure plasma spraying (LPPS) and explosive spraying (DS) on Ni-based single crystal superalloy.The coatings were heated at a constant temperature of 10500C for 30h and the coatings were characterized by XRD, SEM and EDS The surface oxide film was analyzed to detect the thermostatic oxidation resistance.The results show that both the coating surface can form Al 2 O 3 protective film, the oxidation kinetics curve of the two are in line with the parabolic law.DS coating micropores contain residual gas , The oxidation in the coating is serious, the oxidation and weight gain are large, and the oxidation rate constant is nearly double that of the LPPS coating.After oxidation for 30h, there are a few exfoliation of the oxide film on the surface of the DS coating, while the LPPS coating remains intact, Protuberance at the crack.
