“工业4.0”是德国人首先提出的新概念,在其框架内,网络物理系统(CPS)的重要性与日俱增。一个时期以来,IEC TC 65 WG16推出了一种模型,可以用它来描述基于面向属性方法的这类系统。IEC TR62794[1]的出台,是以面向数据方法为主要视角的一项成果。本文讨论该模型产生的背景,针对面向数据的程序系统提出的主要问题,以及根据属性从面向程序到面向信息的范式转换。阐述方法论在将实物的信息图像存入所谓数据档案库(Data Repositories)中的应用及其在任何与设备相关过程中的使用。讨论一个装置组建的连接,并指明国际标准的现状。此外,还陈述如何应用这一方法将一个工具链中的语义网关(semantische Gateways)的数量降至为零。
“Industry 4.0 ” is a new concept first proposed by the Germans. Within this framework, the importance of the network physical system (CPS) is increasing. For some time now, IEC TC 65 WG16 has introduced a model that can be used to describe such systems based on attribute-oriented approaches. The introduction of IEC TR 62794 [1] is a result of a data-oriented approach. This article discusses the background to the model, the main issues that are addressed for data-oriented programming systems, and the paradigm shift from program-oriented to information-oriented based on attributes. Describe the application of methodologies in storing in-kind informational images in so-called data repositories and their use in any device-related process. Discuss the connection of a device setup and indicate the current status of international standards. It also states how to apply this method to reduce the number of semantische gates in a chain of tools to zero.
