当今世界正处于信息化时代,信息资源已经成了决定企业经济发展的关键性因素,而信息化建设也是企业发展先进经营方式的基础。管理经济是一门综合学科,是经济学和管理科学的结合,不仅要追求经济理论,实现资源的有效配置,也要追求组织效率,实现人力资源的有效管理。而在信息时代,管理信息系统是两学科有效结合的重要途径,通过信息系统的建设,既能帮助企业加强组织管理,也有利于企业在生产和销售,以及资源分配方面效率的提高。
Nowadays the world is in an era of informationization. Information resources have become the key factor that determines the economic development of enterprises. Information construction is also the basis for enterprises to develop advanced management methods. Management economy is a comprehensive discipline. It is a combination of economics and management science. It not only pursues economic theory, realizes the effective allocation of resources, but also pursues organizational efficiency and realizes the effective management of human resources. In information age, MIS is an effective way to combine two disciplines. Through the construction of information system, it can not only help enterprises strengthen organization and management, but also benefit enterprises in efficiency of production and sales and resource allocation.
