随着城际铁路在城市群内发展,其对城市群内产业和人口布局的影响值得关注。以历史文献和现实数据为基础,文章分析了日本东海道新干线发展与沿线城市产业和人口变化。分析表明,日本东海道新干线重塑了沿线城市的区位性能,推动了沿线城市向以服务业为主的第三产业发展,促使人口从向三个都市圈聚集到局部扩散,最终又向东京都市圈集聚。文章主张汲取东海道案例的经验,合理定义与划分高速铁路、城际铁路及通勤铁路的功能边界,更好地完善铁路网并为城市群的构建与发展服务。
With the development of intercity railways in urban agglomerations, the impact of intercity railways on the industries and population distribution in urban agglomerations deserves our attention. Based on historical documents and real data, this paper analyzes the development of the Tokaido Shinkansen and the changes of urban industries and population along the cities. The analysis shows that the Tokaido Shinkansen in Japan has reshaped the performance of cities along the cities and promoted the development of the tertiary industry along the service lines in the cities along the line, pushing the population to converge from the three metropolitan areas to the local ones and finally to Tokyo Metropolitan agglomeration. The article advocates drawing on the experience of the case of Tokaido, defines and divides the functional boundaries of high-speed railway, inter-city railway and commuter railroad reasonably, improves the railway network better and serves the construction and development of the urban agglomeration.
