在不久前召开的全国人事厅局长会议上,张学忠部长在报告中明确提出要推进社会化服务;要首先建立多功能、多层次的社区公共服务体系;在起步阶段,重点放在与人民群众生活工作密切相关和单位急需的公共服务项目上。那么什么是社区,怎样服务社区,社区服务都有哪些具体工作可做 ?不少基层人事部门纷纷来电询问。为此,我们本期特约了走进社区最早也搞得最好的沈阳市和平区人事局介绍了他们的具体作法及取得的成绩,以供各地参考。人事工作走进社区还是一项新的刚刚开始的工作,还有很多问题需要继续深入探索,各地有条件的地方,特别是区级人事局一定要加快贯彻全国人事厅局长会议精神,尽快“走进社区,服务群众”,抓好试点,并有意识地先易后难,逐步拓展,创造出一些更适宜为百姓服务的新方式,进一步完善人事工作进社区的办法,来丰富人事工作的内容,扩大人事工作的覆盖面和辐射面,真正走出一条人事工作开放式、社会化服务的路子来。
