采用Moldflow软件对注射成型纤维增强热塑性塑料的拉伸试样进行模拟研究。详细分析了注塑成型拉伸试样的纤维取向结构及由此引起的机械性能变化。分析表明:试样标距位置的纤维平均取向较好、皮芯结构不明显,标距外的两端部及两过渡位置的纤维平均取向不佳、皮芯结构较为明显;试样的物理性能参数受到取向影响而呈现各向异性。结合纤维取向分析、拉伸模量分析及泊松比分析,对注射法成型拉伸试样的方法进行初步探讨。
Moldflow software was used to simulate the tensile specimens of injection molded fiber reinforced thermoplastics. The fiber orientation structure of the injection-molded tensile specimen and the change of the mechanical properties are analyzed in detail. The results show that the average fiber orientation is good at the gauge length, the core structure is not obvious, the average fiber orientation is not good at both ends and two transition positions outside the gauge length, and the sheath structure is obvious. The physical properties The anisotropy of the parameters is affected by the orientation. Combining with fiber orientation analysis, tensile modulus analysis and Poisson’s ratio analysis, the method of forming tensile specimen by injection method was discussed.
