在Pro/E环境下二次开发了弧面分度凸轮机构的CAD/CAM系统,方便了设计,优化了加工过程。主要思路是通过对弧面分度凸轮的参数化设计,利用计算机自动生成弧面分度凸轮轮廓曲面数据点的方法,完成对弧面分度凸轮的三维实体设计,最后在Pro/E二次开发的CAM系统中自动生成数控加工指令。
In the Pro / E environment, the CAD / CAM system of the arc indexing cam mechanism is developed twice to facilitate the design and optimize the machining process. The main idea is to finish the three-dimensional solid design of the camber indexing cam by the parametric design of the camber indexing cam and the automatic generation of data points of the camber indexing cam profile surface by the computer. Finally, CAM system developed automatically generated CNC machining instructions.
