本文研究了一种用Nafion修饰玻碳电极阴极溶出伏安法测定痕量钴的新方法.有效地避免了镍对钴的干扰.在pH=2.0的0.01mol/LNaNO_3底液中,于+1.0伏下(VS.Ag-AgCl)Co~(2+)被氧化成Co~(3+)而被交换富集,然后以100mv/s的扫描速度扫描溶出,于+0.35伏处得到钻的灵敏溶出峰.峰电流与钴浓度在20-600ng/ml范围呈良好线性关系.该法用于合成氨球形催化剂和B_(12)注射液中钴的测定,结果可靠,回收率在90-110%之间.
In this paper, a new method for the determination of trace cobalt by cathodic stripping voltammetry with Nafion modified glassy carbon electrode was studied. Effectively avoiding the interference of nickel with cobalt. Co (2+) was oxidized to Co ~ (3+) at +1.0 volts (pH.Ag-AgCl) and exchanged for enrichment in a 0.01 mol / L NaNO 3 solution at pH 2.0. A scanning sweep at 100 mv / s was performed to elute and a sensitive diamond dissolution peak was obtained at +0.35 volts. Peak current and cobalt concentration in the range of 20-600ng / ml showed a good linear relationship. The method was applied to the determination of cobalt in synthetic ammonia spherical catalyst and B_ (12) injection with reliable results and the recovery was between 90 and 110%.
