目的:观察英连金化浊解毒方对DYS大鼠COX-2、VEGF表达的影响。方法:将120只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、大、中、小剂量组及干预组,每组20只。模型组采用N-甲基-N-硝基N-亚硝基胍配合饥饱失常诱导造模,造模成功后分组治疗,治疗24周后,处死大鼠,观察对DYS的预防效果,同时检测COX-2、VEGF表达率。结果:英连金化浊解毒方大、中、小剂量组COX-2、VEGF表达率同模型组两两比较均降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:英连金化浊解毒方(大、中、小剂量组)可能通过降低COX-2、VEGF表达,来抑制DYS的发生。
Objective: To observe the effect of Yinglianjinhuazhuojiedu Decoction on the expression of COX-2 and VEGF in DYS rats. Methods: 120 rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, large, medium and small dose groups and intervention group, 20 rats in each group. The model group was induced by N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine in combination with starvation insufficiency. After the model was successfully established, the rats were divided into groups. After 24 weeks of treatment, the rats were sacrificed to observe the preventive effect on DYS. Meanwhile, The expression of COX-2 and VEGF were detected. Results: The expression of COX-2 and VEGF in Yinglianjinhuazhuo Jiedu Decoction group was lower than that in the model group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The effect of YLJHDJD (large, medium and low dose groups) may inhibit the occurrence of DYS by decreasing the expression of COX-2 and VEGF.
