本文基于双曲面形样品针尖 ,计算了负离子原子探针中负离子的飞行轨迹 .结果表明 ,虽然负离子的飞行轨迹与样品针尖形状、针尖到荧光屏的距离、正偏压、负脉冲、负离子的质荷比等因素有关 ,但除样品针尖附近外 ,在从针尖到荧光屏的整个区域内 ,负离子的飞行轨迹近似为线性 ,并且比同一系统正场蒸发时正离子的飞行迹略向荧光屏边缘偏离
In this paper, we calculate the trajectory of negative ions in negative ion atomic probe based on the hyperboloid sample tip.The results show that although the trajectory of negative ions is related to the shape of sample tip, the distance from tip to screen, positive bias, negative pulse, negative charge And other factors, but in addition to the vicinity of the sample tip, in the entire area from the tip to the phosphor screen, the trajectory of negative ions is approximately linear and more positive than the fly-off of the positive ions toward the edge of the screen
