近年来,宫腹腔镜在输卵管梗阻诊治中的应用价值已经得到越来越多的重视;但妇科内镜技术本身成本较高,若不能合理地选择术式,则易造成医疗资源浪费,增加患者的经济负担。我院自2002年起开展宫腹腔镜技术,根据输卵管梗阻的不同类型,选择性应用宫腹腔镜治疗,效果满意,现总结如下：
