目的对比派力奥软膏和明胶海绵甲硝唑复合制剂治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效。方法选择2011年2月—2012年5月在我院治疗的慢性牙周炎患者97例,随机分为对照组48例和治疗组49例,对照组给予明胶海绵甲硝唑复合制剂治疗,治疗组给予派力奥软膏和明胶海绵甲硝唑复合制剂治疗,两组均每3天治疗1次,治疗3次后评价疗效。结果治疗3次后,治疗组治愈19例,显效15例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率为95.83%;对照组治愈11例,显效13例,有效12例,无效11例,总有效率为76.60%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论派力奥软膏和明胶海绵甲硝唑复合制剂治疗慢慢牙周炎疗效显著,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare the efficacy of Palio ointment and gelatin sponge metronidazole in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods A total of 97 patients with chronic periodontitis who were treated in our hospital from February 2011 to May 2012 were randomly divided into control group (n = 48) and treatment group (n = 49). The control group was treated with gelatin sponge metronidazole combination therapy Group were given Palio ointment and gelatin sponge metronidazole compound preparation treatment, two groups were treated once every 3 days, 3 times after treatment to evaluate the efficacy. Results After treatment for 3 times, the treatment group cured 19 cases, 15 cases markedly effective, 12 cases effective, 2 cases ineffective and the total effective rate was 95.83%. In the control group, 11 cases were cured, 13 cases markedly effective, 12 effective and 11 ineffective. The effective rate is 76.60%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Palio ointment and gelatin sponge metronidazole compound preparation for the treatment of chronic periodontitis significant effect, no significant adverse reactions, is worth clinical promotion.
