分析多星并举、多批混合模式下的复杂航天器研制特点,得出目前面向单型号的技术状态管理手段在实时性、完整性、可追溯性等方面存在欠缺,本文提出基于有效性的航天器批台次技术状态管理方法,阐述了方法的整体思路,给出了有效性管理的约束条件、基于有效性的批台次数据提取和有效性的计算方法。该方法是对新形势下的航天器技术状态管理方法的积极探索,能够提升并行、批量化环境下的航天器技术状态管理能力,确保任一航天器产品的批台次技术状态信息的实时获取、清晰可控、完整可追溯。
Analysis of the development characteristics of complex spacecraft with multi-star hybrid and multi-batch hybrid modes shows that there is a lack of real-time, completeness and traceability of the state-of-the-art management tools for single model. Based on the validity of spacecraft, This paper discusses the overall train of thought of the method, and gives the constraints of validity management, the method of data extraction and validity calculation based on validity. The method is an active exploration of the spacecraft technology status management method in the new situation, which can enhance the spacecraft technology status management capability in parallel and batch environment and ensure the real-time access of the technical status information of any spacecraft product , Clear and controllable, complete and traceable.
