为了解青春期女生的月经生理和病理情况,于1989年10月～11月对杭州市3所大学,5所中等专业学校的975名学生进行了月经情况的回顾性调查。调查对象的年龄为13～21岁,以15～19岁者最多,占92%。采用调查表,调查时逐项讲解,指导学生填表。对个别项目不能准确回忆者,不列入统计。1.初潮年龄初潮年龄呈正态分布,最小10岁,最大18岁,平均年龄为14.45岁,95%正常范围为12.13～16.77岁,与北京、南京等地报道结果相近。2.月经周期平均月经周期,初潮后一年内为30.38±2.53天,近一年内为29.58±2.32天。以28～30±7天为月经周期的正常范围,初潮后一年内及近一年内月经周期的各类情况见表1。
To understand the menstrual physiology and pathology of adolescent girls, a retrospective survey was conducted on 975 students from 3 universities in Hangzhou and 5 secondary specialized schools in October-November 1989. The age of the respondents was 13-21 years old, most of whom were 15-19 years old, accounting for 92%. Using questionnaires, one by one to explain the survey, guide students to fill in forms. For individual projects can not be accurately recalled, not included in the statistics. 1. The age of menarche age normal distribution, the youngest 10 years old, maximum 18 years old, the average age of 14.45 years old, 95% of the normal range of 12.13 to 16.77 years old, and Beijing, Nanjing and other places reported results are similar. Menstrual cycle, the average menstrual cycle, 30.38 ± 2.53 days within one year after menarche, 29.58 ± 2.32 days in the recent year. To 28 ~ 30 ± 7 days for the normal range of the menstrual cycle, within one year after menarche and within a year of various aspects of the menstrual cycle in Table 1.
