PFMEA(潜在失效模式及后果分析)是一种前瞻性的可靠性分析和安全评估方法,对制造过程进行深层次的质量改进十分奏效。本文运用PFMEA,分析生产冶炼用工业氧化钼过程的潜在失效模式及其失效后果,为焙烧工艺提供事前预防的持续有效的质量管理方法。
PFMEA (Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) is a forward-looking approach to reliability analysis and safety assessment that works well for the in-depth quality improvement of manufacturing processes. In this paper, PFMEA is used to analyze the potential failure modes and failure consequences of industrial molybdenum oxide for smelting and to provide a continuous and effective quality management method for precaution of roasting process.
