今年上半年,华菱实现产销近18000辆,接近去年全年水平。但进入6月份以来,重卡进入销售淡季,市场订单减少,且业内专业人士预计,下半年的市场将进入相对稳定的增长,不会出现像上半年那样的火爆行情。对所有的重卡企业来说,如何顺利完成全年目标都是一个巨大的挑战。华菱年初制定了3万辆的产销目标,要完成这个目标,华菱就要在下半年丝毫不能松懈。华菱要采取哪些有力的举措来保证全年产销目标的完成?带着这个问题,在华菱汽车年中商务大会召开前夕,笔者采访了华菱公司营销总王延安。
