针对宁波财富中心弧形钢管混凝土柱施工中存在的对接定位安装、柱内混凝土密实度保证等技术难题,分别采用套模技术、钢管柱局部构造改变措施以及混凝土浇筑方法细化调整等综合技术,结合现场模型试验、数值分析以及超声波实体检测等方法,验证该套技术在该工程中实施的成功性,并在后续同类工程中推广运用。
In order to solve the technical problems such as butt-jointing and installation of concrete-filled circular column (CFST) column in Ningbo Fortune Center and assuring the density of the concrete in the column, the paper adopts the comprehensive techniques such as the die-casting technique, the local structural changes of steel pipe columns and the detailed adjustment of concrete pouring methods, In combination with field model test, numerical analysis and ultrasonic entity detection, the successful implementation of this set of technologies in this project is verified and popularized and applied in subsequent similar projects.
