目的 了解大鼠纹状体内 P物质的分布及其与脑内其他重要结构如基底神经节和边缘系统内 P物质之间的相互联系 .方法 对大鼠脑进行连续冠状和矢状组织切片 ,尔后进行 ABC法免疫细胞化学染色 .结果 冠状切面上 ,大鼠纹状体内 SP免疫反应阳性物质主要分布在纹状体的边缘区内 ,主要为背腹走向的阳性纤维 .苍白球的内侧缘亦有一条呈背腹走向的 SP免疫阳性纤维带 .杏仁核的 SP免疫阳性物质主要分布在杏仁中央核和杏仁内侧核 ;其中杏仁中央核的 SP免疫反应阳性纤维与边缘区内的阳性纤维相联系 ,而杏仁内侧核的 SP免疫反应阳性纤维与苍白球内侧缘的阳性纤维相联系 .边缘区内的 SP免疫反应阳性纤维在背侧又与终纹床核内的 SP免疫反应阳性纤维相联系 .矢状切面上 ,黑质网状部和致密部内有较多的 SP免疫反应阳性纤维分布 ,黑质的 SP免疫反应阳性纤维向嘴侧通过未定带、底丘脑核跨过内囊与脚内核、苍白球、无名质与纹状体边缘区、斜角带水平部和嗅结节岛内的 SP免疫阳性纤维或细胞发生联系 .结论 SP在纹状体、苍白球、杏仁核、黑质等基底神经节和边缘系统存在相互之间的网络状纤维联系
Objective To understand the distribution of substance P in the striatum of rat and its relationship with other important structures in the brain such as basal ganglia and substance P in the limbic system.Methods Serial coronal and sagittal sections of rat brain were sectioned, ABC immunohistochemical staining.Results In the coronal section, the SP immunoreactive substance in the striatum mainly distributed in the marginal zone of the striatum, mainly for the positive fibers of the dorsoventral.And the inner edge of the globus pallidus also have A dorsal-ventral SP-positive immunofluorescence band.SP-immunoreactive substances in amygdala mainly distributed in the central nucleus of almonds and the medial almond nucleus.Among them, SP immunoreactive fibers in the central nucleus of amygdala are associated with positive fibers in the marginal zone, Whereas the SP immunoreactive fibers in the medial almond are associated with the positive fibers in the medial margin of the globus pallidus.The SP immunoreactive fibers in the marginal zone are associated with SP immunoreactive fibers in the dorsal horn nucleus On the section, there were more SP immunoreactive positive fibers in the substantia nigra reticularis and densified sections, while the SP immunoreactive positive fibers in substantia nigra Mouth through the undetermined band, subthalamic nuclei across the inner capsule and the foot of the nucleus, globus pallidus, the unidentified and striatum marginal zone, the horizontal part of bevel and olfactory nodules island SP-positive fibers or cells in contact. Conclusions There is a network of fibrous connections among SP in basal ganglia and limbic system such as striatum, globus pallidus, amygdala, substantia nigra and so on
