目的:探析治疗仪治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法:选择2014年1月至2016年1月东莞市莞城医院收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者100例,根据数字随机表法将其分为两组,其中给予对照组常规治疗,而观察组则运用治疗仪治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果:治疗前,两组患者的SCV和MCV比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组的MCV和SCV改善明显,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比较对照组而言,观察组的治疗有效率较高,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,与对照组相比,观察组的不良反应发生率低,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上运用治疗仪对糖尿病周围神经病变进行治疗,不仅可以使患者的临床症状得到改善,使神经传导速度增加,还能提高治疗效果。
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of therapeutic apparatus on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
