本文主要介绍湖北省太阳能谷物烘干设备的研制过程,并对平板式太阳能烘干设备作了一定的剖析。这种设备具有结构简单,造价低廉和烘干费用省等特点。在阴雨天无阳光时,还可配合其它能源使用。太阳能平板集热器以空气为载热剂,采用特殊的结构设计,其集热效率较高。谷物烘干是以热力对流方方式进行。因此,集热器加热的空气温度一般在100℃以下,属于低温干燥,谷物烘干质量良好。干燥塔内谷物受热均匀,能充分利用热量、热耗率也低。文章最后提出了研制太阳能谷物烘干设备尚待进一步研究解决的问题。
This paper mainly introduces the development process of solar energy grain drying equipment in Hubei Province, and makes some analysis on the flat-panel solar energy drying equipment. This equipment has the characteristics of simple structure, low cost and drying cost. In the rainy days without sunshine, but also with other energy sources. Solar panel collector with air as heat carrier, using a special structural design, the heat collection efficiency. Drying of cereals is conducted by means of convection heat. Therefore, the collector air temperature is generally heated below 100 ℃, are low-temperature drying, grain drying good quality. Drying tower of cereal heated evenly, can make full use of heat, heat rate is also low. Finally, the article put forward the development of solar energy grain drying equipment remains to be further studied to solve the problem.
